Our work begins with a discovery process: an understanding of your marketing strategy and our own immersion into the brand and its unique challenges. This is followed by the development of high-level tactics using the latest technology to disseminate your brand messages and specifically target the intended audience. Throughout the development process, from creative concept and choice of media to medical and scientific content development and the execution of the programs, we ensure that the tactics implemented reflect and project the brand’s marketing strategy.

All the elements of an exhibit must work together to maximize the total experience of the visitors. We work closely with the exhibit design firm to ensure that all the interactive elements are seamlessly integrated, with particular attention paid to promotion of activities, incentives, anticipation of traffic flow, and logistics. Our team goes onsite to ensure the complete success of the total experience.

Since about 60 percent of our work is staged outside the U.S. we are particularly attuned to the technical and logistical challenges associated with international exhibition. Since its establishment in 1999, Ark Media has staged its multimedia programs at over 80 pharmaceutical exhibits in 45 cities around the globe, spanning 5 continents.
